Fall Cabin Girls Trip in Washington

Summer 2024 isn’t even over yet and I’m already reminiscing of a fall cabin girls trip in Washington. Last year we visited the adorable area of  Warnick near Maple Falls in Washington State in Mid-October and had a fall girls weekend worthy of a Noah Kahn Song. The fall leaves were out in full bloom, and our airbnb was in the middle of a colourful forest. I love shooting mushrooms and luckily there were so many mushrooms of all varieties around!

Fall Leaves

Fall leaves in this area often turn colours earlier than the rest of the PNW because of the higher altitude. Often the PNW turns colours in end of october early november, but Maple Falls in Washington turns colours in early – mid october. The best time for a fall cabin girls trip in Washington is mid october, which, you’ll notice on AIR BNB is much more expensive than the end of october or early november. While it is different every year, and you won’t know until closer to October when the leaves are turning, mid-October is a safe bet.
