I really enjoyed getting to know the staff at The Acorn restaurant, in Vancouver BC. I got a chance to follow them around for a shift, from the staff meeting to the plating and cooking in the kitchen to full service dinner.
While I do love working with a food stylist, and in food specific studios but my real love of photography is more oraganic – on -location, minimal lighting and set and assistants.
